Notice of Annual General Meeting – Tuesday, 31 October 2017

The Association’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 31 October 2017 at 7:00pm in the Social Room at the Ray Owen Centre. The meeting should conclude by 8:00pm and a light supper and refreshments will be provided on conclusion. At the Annual General Meeting we will elect new Committee Members for 2017/19.  Any outgoing positions on the committee will be vacated and will need to be filled. The end of the regular season is only two weeks away.  Please ensure all outstanding team fees and fines are paid in full by 04/06/17 at midnight.  Failure to do so will mean that your team will be unable to participate in the finals. Please also ensure that all players are registered on SportsTG as part of your team in order for them to be eligible (playing at least 6 games for seniors and  4 games for juniors) to play in finals.
